dio inicio al Programa Anual Obligatorio de Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Personal Penitenciario, que se desarrollar\u00e1 hasta el 22 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera jornada cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 65 efectivos de distintas unidades y organismos penitenciarios, con una formaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctica sobre buenas pr\u00e1cticas penitenciarias, derechos humanos, derecho a la educaci\u00f3n en contexto de encierro y prevenci\u00f3n de la discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El encuentro se realiz\u00f3 en el Sal\u00f3n Gualberto Barbieri y estuvo a cargo de profesionales del Departamento de Asesor\u00eda Letrada del S.P.P.S., del Comit\u00e9 Provincial para la Prevenci\u00f3n de la
