La propuesta, desarrollada en tres jornadas, tuvo como objetivo brindar herramientas te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas para una intervenci\u00f3n profesional respetuosa de los derechos humanos en contextos de privaci\u00f3n de la libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cierre de la capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de<strong>&nbsp;Mar\u00eda Laura Postiglione<\/strong>, coordinadora del Plan Provincial contra la Discriminaci\u00f3n, quien gui\u00f3 un encuentro centrado en el marco legal vigente en materia de discriminaci\u00f3n, tanto a nivel provincial, nacional como internacional. Asimismo, se presentaron investigaciones recientes que identifican las principales causas de discriminaci\u00f3n en Salta y se analizaron sus consecuencias concretas en el acceso a derechos fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada, las y los participantes reflexionaron sobre pr\u00e1cticas discriminatorias a trav\u00e9s de materiales audiovisuales especialmente seleccionados. Las actividades se llevaron a cabo en la Escuela Agr\u00edcola N.\u00ba 3122 \u201cGeneral Mart\u00edn Miguel de G\u00fcemes\u201d, y se organizaron en dos turnos para facilitar la participaci\u00f3n de los 200 aspirantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Secretar\u00eda se destac\u00f3 el compromiso de losparticipantes, as\u00ed como la importancia de formar agentes con una comprensi\u00f3n profunda del enfoque de derechos humanos, capaz de transformar pr\u00e1cticas institucionales en beneficio de las personas privadas de libertad y de la sociedad en su conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
