Yamila Pamela Ortiz<\/em><\/strong>, funciona en el Centro de Coordinaci\u00f3n Operativa del 911. Est\u00e1 ubicada en un lugar estrat\u00e9gico para facilitar la supervisi\u00f3n y el control de las personas que cumplen las medidas de arresto dentro de su domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2\" style=\"background-color:#d7d7d7\"><strong>Rese\u00f1a Hist\u00f3rica <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La U.A.D.M.E. fue creada el <strong>16 de abril de 2018<\/strong>, mediante la<strong> Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 287\/18<\/strong> del Ministerio de Gobierno y Derechos Humanos y Justicia de la Provincia de Salta. Desde entonces, ha estado en funcionamiento como una herramienta moderna y efectiva para la supervisi\u00f3n de personas en arresto domiciliario, buscando reducir la cantidad de personas en prisi\u00f3n y facilitar su reinserci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-3\" style=\"background-color:#d6d6d6\"><strong>Funciones y Objetivos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su principal misi\u00f3n es supervisar los mecanismos de vigilancia electr\u00f3nica aplicados a personas que cumplen arresto o prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria, seg\u00fan lo disponga la autoridad judicial. La unidad contribuye a mitigar el impacto negativo de la privaci\u00f3n de libertad, promoviendo una mayor integraci\u00f3n con la familia y la comunidad. Adem\u00e1s, busca ser un complemento \u00fatil para la funci\u00f3n judicial y otras instituciones como el Patronato de Presos y Liberados y la Polic\u00eda de la Provincia, en pos de la reinserci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-4\" style=\"background-color:#d7d7d7\"><strong>Estructura y Personal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La direcci\u00f3n de la Unidad, quien lleva adelante la conducci\u00f3n operativa y administrativa de las diferentes \u00e1reas que conforman la unidad.
